Yorkshire Wolds Runners Training Plans

Training will be Tuesdays and run nights on Thursdays.

  • Tuesday – run night, either meeting at the Leisure Centre or at an agreed meeting point for away runs
  • Thursday – alternate weeks interval sessions and hill sessions

All details of away runs, route maps, meeting points will be posted on the website, in the members’ area extra training info.

Away runs and hill sessions will start at the meeting point at 7pm.
