In order for the club to keep costs down, all club notices, newsletters, away run information etc will be sent out via email and on the club’s website – www.yorkshirewoldsrunners.co.uk. Copies will also be posted on the club noticeboard. Please let the Club Secretary know if you have any issues in receiving information. When you become a member of or renew your membership with Yorkshire Wolds Runners, your membership application is processed through England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org. All other personal information is held by Yorkshire Wolds Runners and is not shared with any third party and is only used to keep you up to date with events, training and runs happening within club.
